When I evaluate a company, I look for these key points. Keep in mind, when I join a company, my #1 goal is to make money and to do it legitimately. I do not want to hurt anyone or rip anyone off. This is what I’ve learned and these guidelines will help you determine what company is right for you.
If you are not making at least 75% of the upfront commission when you make a sale, forget it. This means that you are doing all the work and the company and/or the person above you is making all the money.
If you have to have 1000, 10,000 or 20,000 people in your organization before you make any real money. DO NOT Join. Most people will NEVER get there.
If they teach you to hold home parties and invite all your friends. Run away fast.
If they have a sales pitch 2-3 times a day and only 2-3 training classes per week. This means that the company is more interested in selling you than training you how to make money long term
If you can’t break even or get into profit with 3 sales, forget it.
If you can’t speak with the owners or the corporate office via phone or webinar, Forget it. I like to know who I am doing business with before I will do business with them.
If it is a start up or in pre launch, forget. The chances of these companies becoming the next Amway is about as good as winning the lottery. At least with the lottery, you have a chance to win once or twice a week. You might as well go to Vegas and blow your money on a good time. At least you’ll have some great memories, see a great show and have a great meal.
These are not all the rules for success on the internet, but this is a great guideline to follow when evaluating an internet company. Use these guidelines to help you narrow down your choices for choosing a company that best fits yours goals.

I have been a chef for 20 years now and I love food but not working for another devious and lying dirtbag of a restaurant owner. I am moving to settle down in Perth with my dutch partner. We are looking at saving up some money from slogging our guts out either in the mines or living in Perth with both of us saving like demons to either open up our own place or to find a place with others that love cafes, good music, great food, relaxing atmosphere while looking after the planet( we are not hippy beatniks but close enough as we have more than the average clue on most things) I have made a lot of other people a lot of money from my food ideas, decor inspirations, marketing ideas and also from my learned and practiced kitchen and front of house systems which make money for people everytime they are implented. I thought that maybe I could hook up with some people that are keen on opening up stylish but niche orientated cafes from scratch, get them profitable and then sell them on for a profit. I am thinking of doing it myself with my partner who is experienced in hospitality also but has a diploma in a different field altogether. But instead of the long slog of saving up the money needed which will obviously take time, I thought of reaching out to other onto it people that can see my vision and understand the way I think or (both of us) and then implement the ideas together strategically while covering all the bases from beginning of planning and local consents all the way through to the type of paper that the menus are printed on. If you think that you know of anyone that is interested in opening up a great cafe for a long term gauranteed income and also to see if the project could take shape in other ideas that I am dying to implement then please drop me a line on either this web site or on masonlatrobe@hotmail.com or ring me on 001164211046475. I will be moving to live in Perth permanently as of just after xmas as me and my dutch partner are off to europe for a few weeks to sort out our personal belongings and to catch up with her family. Any help or advice would be great too. Trust me, when I say I have solid gold ideas that have make others a lot of money down the track when it comes to thinking ahead of trends either in music, food, decor, design, But especially when it comes to my kitchen consultant or restaurant consultant ideas and systems.
